Q: Which operating systems does AnyViewer support? A: AnyViewer supports Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019/2022. Q: Can remote desktop window be displayed adaptively? A: Adaptive display is now supported; you just need to click Adaptive option on the controller toolbar. Q: Can one computer be controlled by multiple computers at the same time? A: One computer can be remotely controlled by multiple computers simultaneously over AnyViewer.  Q: Can one computer control multiple computers simultaneously? A: Yes, one computer can control multiple computers at the same time and manage the remote sessions via tab.  Q: I log off and restart the host during remote session; can the remote control be continued after log off and restart? A: The remote connection will be terminated when you log off and restart the host. After logging off and restarting, you need to re-run AnyViewer to continue the remote connection. Q: Why is there no image after connecting to the host successfully? A: It may be that the host failed to connect to the transit server, please close AnyViewer on the host and resend the control request. Q: Can I transfer files from the host during remote session? A: During remote session, you can transfer files between the host and the client computers. Q: Which ports need to be opened in order to use AnyViewer? A: AnyViewer adopts UDP/TCP intelligent switching mode, generally it is not necessary to set the port permission for the firewall. If your host has set strict filtering rules, please open UDP 30196 and TCP 30192, 30193.
