Basic Setup for All Users

Step 1: Download and install AnyViewer.
Download and install AnyViewer on both the computer you want to control (the client) and the device you'll be controlling from (the host).
Step 2: Create an AnyViewer account.

Open the software, click "Log In" > "Sign Up." Enter your username and email address, then click "Send" to receive the verification code.

Check your email for the verification code, enter it, and set a password to complete the registration. Once registered successfully, the device will be automatically logged in and appear in the "My Devices" list.

Step 3: Start to connect to remote desktop.
After that, you can start to establish a remote desktop connection. Choose your connection method:

For unattended access: Log in to the same AnyViewer account on both devices.

For on-demand support: On the host device, enter the Partner ID displayed on the client computer to request a session.

Add Sub-accounts: Go to User Management > Add Sub-account. Enter the member's email address and username to create the sub-account.

Once created, you can assign different role permissions (such as general administrator, technical support, etc.) to sub-accounts to control their level of access to devices.

Step 2: Batch Deployment of Team Devices

For hundreds or even thousands of company computers that need to be managed, there is no need to log in to each account individually. Simply use a "deployment code" to join the team with one click.

Obtain the Deployment Code: The administrator logs in to the management console, goes to Device Management > Device Deployment, and copies the generated deployment code.

Client Joins the Team: Install AnyViewer on the employee’s computer that needs to join the team. Click the three-line menu in the upper right corner of the software and select "Join Team." Enter the deployment code just copied, click Confirm, and submit the application.

Approval: The administrator goes to Device Management > Device Deployment > Application List in the backend, and clicks " Accept " to approve the device's join request.

After approval, the device becomes a team device and is managed uniformly by the administrator.
Step 3: Advanced Device Management

The administrator can create device groups (such as "Finance Department," "R&D Department") in the backend and move multiple devices that have joined the team into the corresponding groups for easier tracking and control.

Brilliant connectivity / remote control software at reasonable pricing. Get a lot for less money. I have trialled and very happy with all my tests.
