Step 1. On the Windows taskbar, click the Server Manager button on the start screen, and then click Server Manager.

Step 4. Choose installation type “Remote Desktop Services installation”. Click on “Next”.

Step 6. For Deployment Scenario, choose Session-based desktop deployment.

Step 7. Now the Role Services, clarify the services which will be installed. Click on Next.

Step 8. Specify “RD Connection Broker” “RD Web Access” “RD Session Host” and select a server in turn.

Step 9. Confirm Selections and tick “Restart the destination server automatically if required” and click on “Deploy”.

Step 10. Then we come to “Completion” to view progress, and it will take us several minutes to wait for the deployment of all role services. Finally, click on close.

Step 11. Open the Server Manager as step 1, and then click on Overview. You can see the page on your computer in the following picture. The RD Gateway and RD licensing are missing.

Step 12. Click on the “add icon” of RD Gateway, and then select a server, click on Next.

Step 13. Name the SSL Certificate Name as you want such as gateway.it-worxx.nl

Step 14. Confirm selections in Confirmation and click on “Add”. Finally, Click on results and choose “Close”.

Step 15. Click on the “add icon” of RD Licensing, select a server and the domain controller, then choose the triangle button.

Step 16. Confirm selections and click on “Add”, view progress on Results, click on “Close” after the completion.

Step 17. Close the “Server Manage” and then restart it again as the step 1, click on Overview.

When you see your page is the same as the following picture, it means that you have already installed Connection Broker successfully.
