Why can't I click on Splashtop?

I have the latest versions of Splashtop Business and Streamer installed on both computers. It has Accessibility permissions. I can see the distant computer when I launch Business, restart it remotely, and establish a connection, but once I'm connected, I can't use the mouse or keyboard on the remote machine. The mouse and keyboard are not locked. Any ideas why I have no control?

How to fix Splashtop mouse click not working [5 solutions]

Certainly, if you're keen on resolving the issue of the Splashtop mouse not working effectively, fret not. Without delay, the following five solutions are provided to assist you in rectifying this problem and ensuring smooth mouse functionality when using Splashtop.

Solution 1. Check the mouse working condition

Before exploring additional solutions, it is essential to conduct a meticulous examination of the mouse's functionality. Verify its proper operation by either connecting it to another computer or attempting to use a new mouse as an alternative. Repeating this check ensures the accuracy of your assessment. If the examination conclusively indicates a malfunction in the mouse's functionality, the most straightforward resolution is to replace it with a new one. This uncomplicated step serves as an effective and definitive solution to address the Splashtop mouse not working problem.

Solution 2. Modify mouse settings

If the examination confirms that the mouse is functioning properly without any issues, the next step involves adjusting your computer's mouse settings in an attempt to resolve the Splashtop mouse click not working on Windows. Follow these steps:
