Solution 2. Uninstall and reinstall the Remote Desktop Client

Some users said that the issue has been fixed when they uninstall and reinstall the Remote Desktop Client. The reason can be that the process of updating bugged the software.

Step 1. Search Apps & Features in the search box and then open it.
