Generally, there is no official RDP web access platform that supports remote connection with URL. You can establish an RDP session using Windows built-in feature Remote Desktop Connection. If you are looking for other URL/web-based remote access tools, keep reading.
Here in this part, we will cover how to connect to remote desktop with URL/web-based tool in two different cases: connect to Azure Virtual Desktop via RPD client with URL and connect to remote computer using Chrome Remote Desktop on browser.
If you want to remotely access resources from your AVD, you can perform this task via Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
Step 1. Download and install Microsoft Remote Desktop app from Microsoft store.
Step 2. Launch the app, click + Add button > Workspaces to add your workspace.
Step 3. Enter the relevant URL from the following list, and click Subscribe.
Step 4. Log in to your Microsoft account, and you will see the desktop you just added.
Step 5. Double-click your AVD, enter the username and password, then you can establish the connection successfully.
Though you are not able to perform Microsoft Remote Desktop browser, you can access another computer remotely via Google browser.

Before operations, make sure you have a Google account and Google browser installed.
Step 1. Open Google browser on both your computers, log in to the same account and navigate to the Chrome Remote Desktop web page.
Step 2. Click Remote Access, and click the download button.
Step 3. Click Add to Chrome.
Step 4. Click Add extension.
Step 5. Click Accept & Install.
Step 6. Type in a name for your device and then click Next.
Step 7. Enter and re-enter a PIN code consisting of at least six digits.
Step 8. You can see your remote devices. Click the target computer you want to connect to.
Step 9. Enter the PIN code of the host device, and click the blue arrow to achieve the remote connection.
