Preparation for controlling PC with Asus Remote Link:
Step 1. On your computer, press Windows + R at the same time, input βcontrolβ to open Control Panel.
Step 2. Type βbluetoothβ on the search box, locateβChange Bluetooth Settingsβ under βDevice and Printerβ and click it.
Step 3. On the βBluetooth Settingsβ window, locate βDiscoveryβ, tick βAllow Bluetooth devices to find this PCβ and click βOKβ.
Step 4. Click βShow hidden iconsβ and right-click the βBluetoothβ icon and choose βAdd a Bluetooth Deviceβ.
Step 5. On the βManage Bluetooth devices βwindow, wait for the search until the to-be-connected phone appears. Then, choose it and click βPairβ.
Step 6. Confirm the passcode and click βYesβ to pair.
Step 7. Open ASUS Smart Gesture and make sure that βEnable REMOTE Link in my PCβ is checked.
Step 8. On your mobile phone, open Asus Remote Link, choose βBluetooth βand click βSearch deviceβ.
Step 9. Under βSelect Deviceβ, choose the computer that you want to control.
Step 10. Then, you can see that ASUS Remote Link has connected the phone to the computer successfully.
Step 11. If you want to exit, you can choose βBack to the main screenβ and click βOKβ.
Firstly, make sure that the phone and PC are connected to the same WiFi. Then, follow the steps.
Step 1. On the computer, open βASUS Smart Gestureβ and check βEnable Remote Link in my PCβ.
Step 2. On the smartphone, open ASUS Remote Link, choose βWiFiβ and click βSearch Deviceβ.
Step 3. After that, choose the to-be-controlled computer under βSelect Device."
Step 4. After the remote connection is established, you can take many operations on PC, like rebooting the computer, shutting down the computer, and so on.
