To access another PC remotely over the internet using AnyViewer, normally, you don't need to adjust the settings after installing and running the software. However, to better use AnyViewer, let's take a look at the Recipient Settings

On the main interface of AnyViewer, go to Settings > Recipient, you can see the default status of the Recipient settings. You need to enable either option or both options in the following, then you can establish remote sessions with this pc.

There are two options: ✔ Allow to accept remote control: Allow this PC to receive a control request from another device and the request needs to be confirmed manually on this PC. ✔ Allow temporary security code: When you enable this option, the temporary security code will appear on the Anyviewer Connect interface. You can send your partner the temporary security code for remote support, then they can input the security code to control this pc directly.

If you disable the first option, this computer won't be able to be accessed via remote control request; if you disable the second option, the generated temporary security code will disappear and this pc can't be accessed via temporary security code.

Since the temporary security code is initially set to be changed every time the software restarts. you can click the inverted triangle icon and change the setting. There are three options to change the temporary security code, such as: every time the software restarts, at the end of each remote connection, manually.

In summary, you can request remote control of this pc by sending a remote control request or inputting a temporary security code to establish the remote assistant, then you can transfer files or remote assistant/provide technical support.
